Questions, answered.
If yours isn't here, bring it to the demo and ask a founder directly.
Is it really making phone calls?
Yes — real calls to physician offices, coroners, and county registrars. Every one lands on the case timeline with its recording, so you can listen for yourself.
What do I have to do?
Start the case with the decedent's name. Chase asks for anything else as it works, one question at a time, answerable from your phone.
What if the doctor won't respond?
Chase keeps working the office — the hours they actually answer, the promised dates, fax or email when the phone stalls. If a case genuinely stops moving, it escalates to you with the full history so you can step in.
Does it work with my county?
Chase runs California death certificates today and calls county registrar offices the same way your staff would, so the county doesn't have to change anything.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set with you during onboarding — usage-based, on a monthly invoice. We agree on it before anything runs on a case.
How do we start?
Book a demo. We open one of your real cases together on the call, and Chase is usually dialing on it before the call ends.
Bring the rest to the demo.
30 minutes with a founder. We run it on one of your real cases.
